The Better Builders Team has also participated in a wide variety
of special projects. Most notable, Camp Okizu (left), located in
the hills above Oroville, which is a summer camp for children
who are undergoing or recovering from cancer treatments.

A more unusual special project was a client's desire to convert
a dilapidated olive oil processing plant (below) into his personal
residence. Although the conversion was never done, our
design team went on-site to measure and photograph the plant,
then prepared floor plans and elevations as shown below.
Bidwell Marina came to Better Builders to have them prepare a
layout of the marina facility, including the underwater cable
system (below). This project led to the design and construction
of the floating restaurant, a photo of which is on our home page.
